Strategy, planning, execution for multi-year, large scope program management for ADM midwest distribution centers and production operations (corn and soybeans). Our team performed site surveys of large distribution centers and plants, installation new WLAN infrastructure, then installed and supported new Symbol (Motorola) forklift data terminals and handheld data terminals with data collection software connected to ADM central servers for item barcode scanning and inventory management.

Among other details, our software integrated with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for receiving inspection of precision machined parts. Jim McLaughlin was a key member of the ISO 9001 quality team and helped achieve successful win of ISO 9001 certification.

We engineered the system to capitalize on Magento's unique ability to manage multiple websites with the same admin—this has been a foundation to the success of the system.
